Custom Lap Desk

16 1/2" x 14" x 6" high

A foliated pattern was carved on the front and sides of the lap desk.

I carved a saying that seemed appropriate for the object on the rear panel of the lap desk and included a quill pen to provide an artistic flair.

The box is linden but is also available in butternut.
As an aside, it makes a beautiful container/display platform for a family bible or wedding album.
